В статье представлены материалы дискуссии, прошедшей на VI международной научно-практической конференции «Россия и мир: диалоги – 2022», организованной совместно Национальным исследовательским институтом развития коммуникаций (НИИРК) и Российской академией народного хозяйства и государственной службы при Президенте Российской Федерации (РАНХиГС). Участниками студенческого дискуссионного клуба была предпринята попытка осмыслить дальнейшее развитие и становление нового мирового порядка. В частности, рассмотрены перспективы и место России, США и коллективного Запада в новом миропорядке, а также затронуты аспекты, связанные с энергетическим сектором, как одной из наиболее чувствительных зон противостояния вышеозначенных игроков на текущем этапе.

The article presents the materials of the discussion held at the 6th international scientific conference «Russia and the World: dialogue – 2022», organized by National Research Institute of Communications Development (NIIRC) and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), The members of student debating club have attempted to comprehend further development and formation of the new world order. In particular, the prospects of Russia, US and collective West and their future role in the new world order were assessed and several aspects concerning energetics have been covered due to the importance of the sphere as one of the most vulnerable to the current confrontation between the listed players.
