Это обстоятельство заставляет по-новому взглянуть на то, каким образом можно интегрировать морской транспорт Восточной Арктики в международное транспортное пространство. В этом ключе рассмотрены закономерности развития регионов Восточной Арктики и их морских портов. Выявлены инфраструктурные проблемы и перспективы развития. Определены условия и возможности интеграции морского транспорта Восточной Арктики в мировое транспортное пространство в условиях интенсивного освоения Арктической зоны РФ. Сделан вывод о том, что, в первую очередь, надлежит определить наиболее важные и стратегически значимые инфраструктурные проекты, соблюдая экономические, экологические и социальные ценности региона. Во вторую – синхронизировать инфраструктурные и производственные проекты для обеспечения устойчивого экономического роста и территориальной связанности региона, что обеспечит развитие производственных объектов, снимет инфраструктурные ограничения и привлечет дополнительные транзитные грузы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Over the past few years, the Northern Sea Route has received increased international attention for a number of reasons. This circumstance makes us take a fresh look at how the maritime transport of the Eastern Arctic can be integrated into the international transport space. In this vein, the patterns of development of the regions of the Eastern Arctic and their seaports are considered. Infrastructural problems and development prospects are identified. The conditions and opportunities for the integration of maritime transport in the Eastern Arctic into the global transport space under the conditions of intensive development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation are determined. It is concluded that, first of all, it is necessary to determine the most important and strategically significant infrastructure projects, observing the economic, environmental and social values of the region.
