Рассматривается теоретическое обоснование применения наставничества в данной сфере, анализируются лучшие практики и выявляются специфические особенности реализации программ наставничества на исторических территориях. Особое внимание уделяется роли наставничества в передаче уникальных знаний, навыков и традиций от опытных мастеров и хранителей культурного наследия молодому поколению, а также в формировании кадрового потенциала для устойчивого развития исторических территорий. Исследование направлено на выявление факторов, способствующих успешной интеграции наставничества в систему сохранения и развития культурного наследия, и разработку рекомендаций по его эффективному применению в различных исторических территориях РФ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This paper examines the potential of mentoring integration in the historical territories of the Russian Federation as an effective tool for the preservation and development of cultural heritage. The theoretical rationale for the use of mentoring in this field is considered, best practices are analyzed and specific features of the implementation of mentoring programs in historical territories are identified. Special attention is paid to the role of mentoring in transferring unique knowledge, skills and traditions from experienced craftsmen and keepers of cultural heritage to the younger generation, as well as in building human resources for the sustainable development of historical territories.
