В статье рассматривается феномен когнитивно-ментальных интервенций (КМИ) как инструмент гибридного противоборства, направленный на трансформацию сознания, идентичности и поведенческих моделей общества. КМИ трактуются как целенаправленные действия по изменению ментальных репрезентаций и когнитивных матриц личности и социальных групп через внедрение новых смыслов, фреймов и ценностных ориентиров. Особое внимание уделяется опасности этих интервенций для России, где их последствия могут проявляться в деформации исторической памяти, подрыве легитимности государства, росте социального отчуждения и идеологической дезориентации. Обоснована необходимость научного изучения КМИ как особого типа воздействия в условиях гибридных войн. Автор выделяет типологию подходов к когнитивной войне (прагматико-военный, политико-экспансионистский, цивилизационно-идеологический и национально-патриотический). Приводятся конкретные примеры КМИ против России: переписывание истории, манипуляции в медиа, культура отмены, юмористическая мемемизация и др. Автор подчеркивает необходимость формирования государственной стратегии когнитивной безопасности, развития когнитивной устойчивости и социального иммунитета. Статья способствует восполнению научного пробела в анализе КМИ и стимулирует разработку механизмов противодействия данным угрозам.
The article explores the phenomenon of cognitivemental interventions (CMIs) as a tool of hybrid confrontation aimed at transforming consciousness, identity, and behavioral models within society. CMIs are defined as deliberate actions targeting the alteration of mental representations and cognitive matrices of individuals and social groups through the implantation of new meanings, frames, and value orientations. Particular attention is given to the threats these interventions pose to Russia, where their consequences may include the distortion of historical memory, the undermining of state legitimacy, growing social alienation, and ideological disorientation. The author substantiates the need for academic study of CMIs as a distinct form of influence in the context of hybrid warfare. A typology of approaches to cognitive warfare is proposed: pragmatic-military, political-expansionist, civilizationalideological, and national-patriotic. A significant part of research proposes specific examples of CMIs used against Russia, such as historical revisionism, media manipulation, cancel culture, humorous memefication, and others. The author emphasizes the necessity of developing a national strategy for cognitive security, strengthening cognitive resilience, and cultivating social immunity. The article aims to bridge the academic gap in the study of CMIs and to stimulate the development of effective countermeasures against these threats.
